Advantage-Practical achievements for the ten-year-development
　Under the guidance and support of SDPC and the government at all levels and through ten years' development, the Corporation has made successful achievements with actual accomplishments in various business fields including project development, direct investment, consulting service, etc. Such achievements have demonstrated with facts the strengths and level of the Corporation, especially the professional skills including project structure design, contract drafting and negotiation, investment and financing arrangement, risk control and insurance measures, etc. as well as the professional morality of serving the client's interests, of pursuing the balanced interests and risks among the involved parties and of realizing the 'win-win' game. For example, as the government consultant, the Corporation shoulders the investment and financing scheme design and analysis of Shenzhen-Hong Kong Western Passage Way Project-the large region-crossing project. It is just because that the Corporation had the courage to put forward its objective comments and made an overall professional and scientific proposals for this project which was inconsistency with the formal decision of the government that the government decided to adjust its policy, thus ensuring the success of the Project. Therefore, our proposal was rewarded by Shenzhen Government as a showcase of governmental scientific decision-making process. Another example is that Haidian District Government of Beijing has decided, prior to its final approval, to employ qualified consulting firms to prepare and submit project appraisal reports for any construction projects with the total investment of each project of over RMB50 million with the occupied area of over 5,000m2 within this district.
