As entrusted by the Invest Beijing International Co. as well as the Beijing Development and Reform Commission on May 26, 2008, BOT Investment Co., Ltd. undertook the evaluation of The Project Proposal of the Futian West Road Ł¨between Cuihu Northern Road to Futian Northern RoadŁ©Project in Changping District. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules.
On May 28, 2008, the evaluation and expert team visited the project spot in Changping District to carry out investigation and hold an appraisal meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions relating to the concerned issues. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Project Proposal and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on May 30, 2008, by submitting the document named ˇ°The Evaluation Report of the Project Proposal for The Futian West Road Ł¨between Cuihu Northern Road to Futian Northern RoadŁ©Project in Changping Districtˇ± to Beijing Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this project: The total road length is about 1772.5m plus illuminationˇ˘greeningˇ˘traffic project etc. with the estimated budget is RMB 132.44million. It will take one and a half years to complete. |
