On December 28, 2007, the National Development and Reform Commission entrusted BOT Investment Co., Ltd. to evaluate The Feasibility and Research Report of The Road between Qingzhen and Zhijin in Guizhou Province. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules. The evaluation and expert team led by Wei baisong, the Vice President held a research meeting in Beijing, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions about the questions. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Feasibility Study Report and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on May 15, 2008 by submitting the document named “The Evaluation Report for The Feasibility Study of The Road between Qingzhen and Zhijin in Guizhou Province” to the National Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this project: the total length of the main road is 69.5km. There’re 109 bridges with the total length of 22475m. It will take four years to complete. After the evaluation, the adjusted budget of this project is RMB4.854 billion, of which the static investment is RMB 4.366 billion.
The construction of this project is essential to the perfection of national expressway network, to the implement of transport development plan of Guizhou Province skeleton road network, to the development of regional comprehensive conveyance network and to the adaptation of the development of the regional transportation. ?Upon the completion of this project, it will generate substantially social benefit of accelerating the development of the strategy of developing of the western region, to the implement of the strategy of resources development, to the regional travel cooperation and to accelerate the minority area making prosperity etc.
