On November 16, 2007,the National Development and Reform Commission entrusted BOT Investment Co., Ltd. to evaluate the Feasibility and Research Report of the road between Saihantala to Baiyincha in Inner Mongolia Municipality. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules. The evaluation and expert team led by Wei baisong, the Vice President held a research meeting in Saihantala? , followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions about the questions. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Feasibility Study Report and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on April 11,2008? by submitting the document named “the Evaluation Report for the Feasibility Study of the road between Saihantala to Baiyincha in Inner Mongolia Municipality” to the National Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this project: the total length of the main line is 168km. It will take three years to complete. After the evaluation, the adjusted budget of this project is RMB4.568 billion, of which the static investment is RMB4.103-billion.
The construction of this project is essential to the perfection of national expressway network, to the implement of Inner Mongolia expressway network, to the development of regional comprehensive conveyance network and to the adaptation of the development of the regional transportation. ?Upon the completion of this project, it will generate substantially social benefit of accelerating the development of the strategy of developing of the western region, to the economic development of the middle part of Inner Mongolia region and to the promotion of China-Mongolia trade cooperation, nationality corporation and stabilization of boarder area etc.
