On November 16, 2007,the National Development and Reform Commission entrusted BOT Investment Co., Ltd. to evaluate the Feasibility and Research Report of the road between Qingzhou and Linshu in Shandong Province. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules. The evaluation and expert team led by Wei baisong, the Vice President held a research meeting in Jinan , followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions about the questions. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Feasibility Study Report and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on January 24 ,2008? by submitting the document named “the Evaluation Report for the Feasibility Study of the road between Qingzhou and Linshu in Shandong Province” to the National Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this project: the total length of the main line is 228.33km. There’re 116 bridges have 15615m length. It will take three years to complete. After the evaluation, the adjusted budget of this project is RMB11.756 billion, of which the static investment is RMB10.858-billion.
The construction of this project is essential to the perfection of national expressway network, to the implement of Shandong expressway network, to the development of regional comprehensive conveyance network and to the adaptation of the development of the regional transportation. ?Upon the completion of this project, it will generate substantially social benefit of accelerating the economic development of around the Bohai area, to the economic development of Linyi revolutionary base areas and to the regional travel cooperation etc.
