On September 7, 2007,the National Development and Reform Commission entrusted BOT Investment Co., Ltd. to evaluate the Feasibility Study of the Road between Jiangdu to Liuhe in Jiangsu Province. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules. The evaluation and expert team led by Wei baisong, the Vice President held a research meeting in Nanjing , followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions about the questions. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Feasibility Study Report and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on December 17, 2007 by submitting the document named “the Evaluation Report for the Feasibility Study of the Road between Jiangdu to Liuhe in Jiangsu Province” to the National Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this project: the total length of the main line is 75.1km. It will take three years to complete. After the evaluation, the adjusted budget of this project is RMB4.703 billion, of which the static investment is RMB4.344-billion.
The construction of this project is essential to the perfection of national expressway network, to the development of regional comprehensive conveyance network and to the adaptation of the development of the regional transportation. ?Upon the completion of this project, it will generate substantially social benefit of accelerating the economic development of Delta Region of Yangtze River, to the implement of the development strategy along the Yangtze River region and to the improvement of social and economic development of Nanjing Metropolis Circle etc.
