The Invest Beijing International and Beijing Development and Reform Commission entrusted BOT Investment Co., Ltd. on November 8, 2007, to evaluate the Feasibility Study of the Xiwang Road in Daxing Newcity in Beijing. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules.
On November 12, 2007, the evaluation and expert team visited the project spot in Daxing District to carry out investigation and held a appraisal meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions relating to the concerned issues. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Feasibility Study Report and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on November 19 2007, by submitting the document named “the Evaluation Report for the Feasibility Study of the Xiwang Road in Daxing Newcity in Beijing” to Beijing Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this project: The total road length is 4.5km plus the water supply, green belt, power supply, illumination etc. The estimated budget is RMB 558.92 million.
