On July 31, 2007, the National Development and Reform Commission entrusted BOT Investment Co., Ltd. to evaluate the Feasibility Study Report for the Road between Zunhua to Nanxiaoying in Hebei Province. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and worked out the detailed schedules.? The evaluation and expert team led by Mr. Wei baisong, the Vice President, held an evaluation meeting in Tangshan, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions in relation with the concerned issues. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Feasibility Study Report and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on November 14, 2007, by submitting the document named “the Evaluation Report for the Feasibility Study of the Road between Zunhua to Nanxiaoying in Hebei Province” to the National Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this expressway project : the total length of the main line is 42.45km. It will take three years to complete. After the evaluation, the adjusted budget of this Project is RMB2.415 billion, of which the static investment is RMB 2.23 billion.
The construction of this project is essential to the perfection of national expressway network, to the development of regional comprehensive conveyance network and to the adaptation of the development of the regional transportation. ?Upon the completion of this project, it will obviously generate social benefit of accelerating the economic integration of Bohai-rim Economic District consisting of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, improving Zunhua social and economic development, promoting the regional tourism cooperation and building up national defense etc.
