The Invest Beijing International and Beijing Development and Reform Commission entrusted BOT Investment Co., Ltd. on August 27, 2007, to evaluate feasibility study report for Xinggu New city concentrated supply heat change and enlarge construction in Pinggu District. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules. On August 30 2007, the evaluation and expert team to the project spot in Pinggu District to carry out investigation and held a research meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions about the questions. After the comprehensive evaluation on the feasibility study report and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on September 5, 2007, by submitting the document named “the Evaluation Report of Xinggu New city concentrated supply heat change and enlarge construction in Pinggu District” to Beijing Development and Reform Commission.
　The main scope of this project: build a supply heat factory of four 70MW coal boiler and supporting facilities ，total supply heat capability 280 KW, the total area of factory is 26231 ㎡.There’re 34 heat stations has total area of? 6750 ㎡out of the factory, supply heat tube net 14.9㎞.The total investment estimates to RMB 390 million, it will take 2 years and 3 months to construct.
