On May 26, 2007, the National Development and Reform Commission entrusted BOT Investment Co., Ltd. to evaluate the Project Proposal Evaluation for the Bridge of Fujin Songhua River in Heilongjiang. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules.? The evaluation and expert team led by Wei baisong, the Vice President went to the project spot in Fujin in Heilongjiang to carry out investigation and held a research meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions about the questions. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Project Proposal Evaluation report and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on August 30, 2007, by submitting the document named “the Project Proposal Evaluation for the Bridge of Fujin Songhua River in Heilongjiang” to the National Development and Reform Commission.
The scope of this project: the main line has a 5.9km length. There’re Songhua River Bridge of 3469m and guide road of 12.4km. The construction period of this project is four years. After the evaluation, the estimated investment is RMB 0.85 billion, containing 0.768-billion-yuan static investment.
