The Invest Beijing International and Beijing Development and Reform Commission entrusted BOT Investment Co., Ltd. on August 15, 2007, to evaluate the Auditing Report of the preliminary design budget estimation for the Guangcai road between South Fourth Ring Road To Shiliuzhuang Road in Fengtai District. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules. On August 17 2007, the evaluation and expert team to the project spot in Fengtai District to carry out investigation and held a research meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions about the questions. After the comprehensive evaluation on the feasibility study report and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on August 20 2007,by submitting the document named the Auditing Report of the preliminary design budget estimation for the Guangcai road between South Fourth Ring Road To Shiliuzhuang Road in Fengtai District” to Beijing Development and Reform Commission.
　The main scope of this project: build the Guangcai road between South Fourth Ring Road To Shiliuzhuang Road in Fengtai district; construct new bridge over Liangshui River and wastewater、green planting、traffic、lighting engineering. The total investment estimates to RMB 150.13 million.
