The Invest Beijing International and Beijing Development and Reform Commission entrusted BOT Investment Co., Ltd. on August 15, 2007, to evaluate application report for Kangxi grassland wind electric factory in Yanqing Xian. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules. On August 17 2007, the evaluation and expert team to the project spot in Yanqing Xian to carry out investigation and held a research meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions about the questions. After the comprehensive evaluation on the feasibility study report and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on August 19 2007,by submitting the document named “the Evaluation Report of application report for Kangxi grassland wind electric factory in Yanqing Xian”to Beijing Development and Reform Commission.
　The main scope of this project: build ten new wind electric units of 10kw, total installed capacity reach 15MW. The total investment estimates to RMB 93 million, it will take six months to construct.
