On May 16, 2007, the National Development and Reform Commission entrusted BOT Investment Co., Ltd. to evaluate the Feasibility and Research Report Evaluation for the Road between Shitoujingzi to Wulanhaote in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules.? The evaluation and expert team led by Wei baisong, ?the ?vice President carry out investigation and held a research meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions about the questions. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Project Proposal Evaluation report and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on August 10, 2007, by submitting the document named “the Feasibility and Research Report Evaluation for the Road between Shitoujingzi to Wulanhaote in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region” to the National Development and Reform Commission.
　The scope of this project: the main line has a 35km length. The construction period of this project is three years. After the evaluation, the estimated investment is RMB 1.075 billion, containing 0.997-billion-yuan static investment.
　The construction of this item, necessary to perfect construction of national highway, implement superhighway net programming in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, for adapt the development of the district transportation and prefect the district comprehensive transportation network system. After the construction of this item, it will be use to implement central part rising strategy, push Xing’an economic development and promote race solidness and boundary stability etc. and produce an obvious social performance.
