On April 5, 2007, the National Development and Reform Commission entrusted BOT Investment Co., Ltd. to evaluate the Project Proposal Evaluation for the Project Proposal Evaluation for the oversea passage of Meizhou Island in Fujian. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules.? The evaluation and expert team led by Wei baisong, the Vice President went to the project spot in Fuzhou in Fujian to carry out investigation and held a research meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions about the questions. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Project Proposal Evaluation report and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on August 10, 2007, by submitting the document named “the Project Proposal Evaluation for the oversea passage of Meizhou Island in Fujian” to the National Development and Reform Commission.
　The scope of this project: the main line has a 5.52km length, including a 1248m bridge and 1300m tunnel . After the evaluation, the estimated investment is RMB 0.781 billion.
