The Invest Beijing International and Beijing Development and Reform Commission entrusted BOT Investment Co., Ltd. on June 19, 2007, to evaluate the Project Proposal Evaluation for the third period Project of the East second ring road in Chongwen District. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules. On June 22 2007, the evaluation and expert team to the project spot in Changping District to carry out investigation and held a research meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions about the questions. After the comprehensive evaluation on the feasibility study report and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on June 27 2007,by submitting the document named “The Evaluation Report for the Feasibility and Study Report for the third period Project of the East second ring road in Chongwen district” to Beijing Development and Reform Commission.
　This project is a municipal item, the main scope of this project has a total length of 2.21km, the road area is 30720㎡ and the sidewalk area is 13527㎡. It will carry out the nature gas、thermodynamic energy power 、telecommunication、water supply、rain dirty water、planting、transportation、lighting etc. engineering and the road subsidiary engineering of the municipal service pipeline. The total investment estimates to RMB 2.7 billion, it will take ten months to construct.
