On March 9, 2007, the National Development and Reform Commission entrusted BOT Investment Co., Ltd. to evaluate the Project Proposal Evaluation for the section road between Liyang To Guangde Road in Jiangsu. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules. ?The evaluation and expert team led by Wei baisong, the Vice President went to the project spot in Nanjing in Jiangsu to carry out investigation and held a research meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions about the questions. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Project Proposal Evaluation report and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on July 2, 2007, by submitting the document named “the Project Proposal Evaluation for the section road between Liyang To Guangde Road in Jiangsu” to the National Development and Reform Commission.
　The scope of this project: the main line has a 23km length. There’re seven large bridges, one mutual communication type interchange. Also , it has established a service station, a toll station on the provincial road, three? toll stations on the circle way. The construction period of this project is three years. After the evaluation, the estimated investment is RMB 1.243 billion, containing 1.15-billion-yuan static investment.
　The construction of this item, necessary to speed construction on Suwan province border passage, implement superhighway net programming in Jiangsu province, for adapt the development of the district transportation and prefect the district comprehensive transportation network system. After the construction of this item, it will be use to implement central part rising strategy, promote Liyang economic development and strengthen district tour cooperation etc. and produce an obvious social performance.
