On May 24, 2007, the National Development and Reform Commission entrusted BOT Investment Co., Ltd. to evaluate the Project Proposal Evaluation for the national road between West Wuliying To Xiaying village in Yanqing Xian. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules. ?The evaluation and expert team led by Wei baisong, the Vice President went to the project spot in Yanqing Xian in Beijing to carry out investigation and held a research meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions about the questions. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Project Proposal Evaluation report and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on June 27, 2007, by submitting the document named “the Project Proposal Evaluation for the national road between West Wuliying To Xiaying village in Yanqing Xian” to the National Development and Reform Commission.
　The scope of this project : the main line has a 5.25km length. The total ?length of ten bridges is 4520m, including a? large bridge of 100-meters-long;a multifunctional station of charging、protecting and inspection. After the evaluation, the estimated investment is RMB 324 million , containing 316-million-yuan static investment.

After the construction of this item, it will promote economy development which around Jingjinji economic circle quickly etc. and produce an obvious social performance.
