The Invest Beijing International and Beijing Development and Reform Commission entrusted BOT Investment Co., Ltd. on May 23rd 2007, to evaluate the Project Proposal Evaluation for the Zhangfeng Road(Jingshen Highway—Jingjin Road) in Tongzhou District. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules. On May 29th,2007, the evaluation and expert team to the project spot in Tongzhou District to carry out investigation and held a research meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions about the questions. After the comprehensive evaluation on the feasibility study report and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on May 31st 2007, by submitting the document named “The Evaluation Report for the Feasibility and Study Report for the Zhangfeng Road(Jingshen Highway—Jingjin Road) in Tongzhou District” to Beijing Development and Reform Commission.
　The main scope of this project: the total length of road is about 3.95km, and build two new bridges, each of them about 289m , at the same time carry out road planting, transportation engineering etc. The total investment estimates to RMB 176.85 billion . The construction period of this project is one year.
