Completed the Feasibility and Research Report Evaluation for the Gannanjie-Boketu Road in Inner Mongolia (January 29, 2007)


ĦĦOn October 10, 2006, National Development and Reform Commission entrusted BOT Investment Co., Ltd. to evaluate the feasibility & research report of the Gannanjie-Boketu Section of Suiman National Main Line Road in Inner Mongolia the Suifenhe-Mudanjiang section of Suiman national main line expressway in Heilongjiang. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules. Wei Baisong, the Vice President led the evaluation and expert team to the project spot in Hulunbeier, Inner Mongolia to carry out investigation and held a research meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions about the questions. After the comprehensive evaluation on the feasibility & research report and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on January 29, 2007, by submitting the document named Ħ°The Evaluation Report for the Feasibility and Research Report for the Gannanjie-Boketu Section of Suiman National Main Line Road in Inner MongoliaĦħ to National Development and Reform Commission.
ĦĦThe construction contents of the project include: the 164-kilometer-long main line, with the total length of the 37 bridges of 5.8 km, and that of the 21 super large and large ones of 4.8 km. The total length of the two tunnels is 2.9 km. The Naji-Tunnan connection line is about 3.4 km long, and the Naji-Tunbei connection line 6.4 km long. The construction period is four years. The estimated investment is 5.93 billion yuan, containing 5.48-billion-yuan static investment.
ĦĦThe construction of the project is necessary to perfect the national main line road and the expressway network, to implement the expressway network plan in Inner Mongolia, to perfect regional comprehensive transportation network system, and to adapt to regional traffic transportation development. The completion of the project will produce obvious social benefits such as, to implement the rising-up strategies in the northeast, to promote the rapid regional economical and social development in Hulunbeier, to advance national unit and to contribute to the stability in the frontier.
