Completed the Feasibility and Research Report Evaluation for the Expressway from Suifenhe to Mudanjiang in Heilongjiang (December 31, 2006)


ĦĦOn September 7, 2006, National Development and Reform Commission entrusted BOT Investment Co., Ltd. to evaluate the project proposal of Daqing-Zhaoyuan road in Heilongjiang. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules. Wei Baisong, the Vice President led the evaluation and expert team to the project spot in Haerbin, Heilongjiang Province to carry out investigation and held a research meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions about the questions. After the comprehensive evaluation on the project proposal and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on December 4, 2006, by submitting the document named Ħ°The Evaluation Report for the Project Proposal of Daqing-Zhaoyuan Road in HeilongjiangĦħ to National Development and Reform Commission.
ĦĦThe construction contents of the project include: the 148.3-kilometer-long main line, the total length of the 13 bridges is 692m, with that of the two large bridges of 272m, and the total length of the 4 connecting lines is 25.2 km. The construction period is three years. The estimated investment is 4.51 billion yuan, containing 4.23-billion-yuan static investment.
ĦĦThe construction of the project is necessary to perfect the national expressway network, to implement Heilongjiang road network development plan, to perfect regional comprehensive transportation network system, and to adapt to regional traffic transportation development. The completion of the project will produce obvious social benefits such as, to implement the rising-up strategies in the northeast, to promote the fast and harmonious economic development in Daqing, and to advance the tourist resource development in Daqing.
