Entrusted by Beijing Municipal Commission of Development and Reform and Invest Beijing Co., Ltd., BOT Investment Co., Ltd. assumed the proposal evaluation on the ecological sanitary construction project in Caishihe Valley, Sihai Town.
　After accepting the task, our corporation immediately established a project evaluation team, and set down detailed work schedules. On June 11, 2006, the evaluation team went to the project spot to carry out investigation. After necessary communication and coordination with relevant project institutions, the corporation submitted the evaluation report to the consigner on September 8, 2006.
　The construction contents of the project include: to renovate rivers in the three administrative villages in Caishihe Valley, Sihai Town; to carry out the greening and beautifying project with an area of 15,150 m2; the ecological agricultural project; the waste disposal in the three administrative villages. The total investment is 37.7 million yuan, and the construction period is expected to be 210 days.

The construction of the project is necessary to protect the capital environment and the water resource, to guarantee the safe water supply in Beijing, to fight a flood and avoid risks, and to implement the planning of Sihai Town. The completion of the project will produce obvious social benefits such as, to build the new socialist country, to develop a harmonious society, to realize the sustainable regional ecological economic development, and to promote the scientific economic development in Yanqing County.
