On August 10, 2010, the National Development and Reform Commission entrusted BOT Investment Co., Ltd. to evaluate the Application Report of the Road between Zhuozhou to Shijiazhuang in Hebei Province. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules. The evaluation and expert team led by Mr. Dai Riyong, the President, held a research meeting in Beijing, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions about the questions. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Application Report and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, which focus on analysis of the project the investor's qualifications, capabilities and programs of investment and financing, investors choose the legality of the concession contract conditions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on October 18, 2011 by submitting the document named the Evaluation Report for the Application Report of the Road between Zhuozhou to Shijiazhuang in Hebei Province. to the National Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this project: the total length of the main road is 44.66 km. It will take three years to complete. After the evaluation, the adjusted budget of this project is RMB 17.2 billion, of which the static investment RMB 16 billion.
The construction of this project is essential to the protection the national north-south transportation strategy aorta smooth, to the development of regional comprehensive conveyance network and to the adaptation of the development of the regional transportation. ?Upon the completion of this project, it will generate substantially social benefit of accelerating the integration process of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Economic Band, developing economic development in Baoding and promoting tourism cooperation etc.
