As entrusted by the Beijing Development and Reform Commission on August 9, 2011, BOT Investment Co., Ltd. undertook the evaluation for the Project Proposal Report of Dahuichang East Road to Dujiakan Transport Island of Jingzhou Road New Line in Beijing. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules.
On August 11, 2011, the evaluation and expert team visited the project spot in Fengtai District to carry out investigation and hold an appraisal meeting, followed by detailed communications and discussions with relevant project institutions relating to the concerned issues. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Funds Application Report and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on September 6, 2011 by submitting the document named the evaluation for the Project Proposal Report of Dahuichang East Road to Dujiakan Transport Island of Jingzhou Road New Line in Beijing to the Beijing Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this project: The total road length is about 6.67 km with the estimated budget of RMB 704 million. It will take 10 months to complete. This Project mainly includes road engineering, traffic engineering, drainage, lighting, green belts and other accessory pipelines.
