On April 11, 2011, the National Development and Reform Commission entrusted BOT Investment Co., Ltd. to evaluate the Project Proposal of Yesheng Huang River Bridge on G211 Road in Ningxia Autonomous Region. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules. The evaluation and expert team led by Mr. Dai Riyong, the President, held a research meeting in Yinchuan, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions about the questions. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Feasibility Study Report and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on June 30, 2011 by submitting the document named the Evaluation for the Project Proposal of Yesheng Huang River Bridge on G211Road in Ningxia Autonomous Region to the National Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this project: the total length of the main road is 10.8km, of which, the length of the bridge is 1219 m. It will take three years to complete. After the evaluation, the adjusted budget of this project is RMB 0.69 billion.
