As entrusted by the Beijing Development and Reform Commission on July 14 , 2010, BOT Investment Co., Ltd. undertook the evaluation for the Feasibility Study Report of Zhangxin Road Project in Beijing. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules.
On July 19, 2010, the evaluation and expert team visited the project spot in Fengtai District to carry out investigation and hold an appraisal meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions relating to the concerned issues. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Report and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on August 12 2010, by submitting the document named the Evaluation for the Feasibility Study Report of Zhangxin Road Project in Beijing to the Beijing Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this project: The total road length is about 2056m with the estimated budget of RMB 67.9 million. It will take 10 months to complete. This Project mainly includes road engineering, traffic engineering, drainage, lighting project, green belts, other accessory pipelines and the demolition project within the scope of effective area.
