On May 25, 2010, the National Development and Reform Commission entrusted BOT Investment Co., Ltd. to evaluate the Feasibility Study Report of the Road between between Jiamusi to Mudanjiang in Heilongjiang Province. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules. The evaluation and expert team led by Mr. Wei Baisong, the Vice President, held a research meeting in Jiamusi and Mudanjiang, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions about the questions. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Feasibility Study Report and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on July 21, 2010 by submitting the document named The Feasibility Study Report of the Road between Jiamusi to Mudanjiang in Heilongjiang Province to the National Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this project: the total length of the main road is 266km. After the evaluation, the adjusted budget of this project is RMB 4.45billion.
