On November 20, 2009, the National Development and Reform Commission entrusted BOT Investment Co., Ltd. to evaluate the Feasibility Study Report of the Yinchuan Binggou Huang River Bridge in Ningxia Autonomous Region. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules. The evaluation and expert team led by Mr. Dai Riyong, the President, ?held a research meeting in Yinchuan, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions about the questions. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Feasibility Study Report and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on March 12, 2010by submitting the document named the Evaluation for the Feasibility Study Report of the Yinchuan Binggou Huang River Bridge in Ningxia Autonomous Region to the National Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this project: the total length of the main road is 28.9km. It will take three years to complete. After the evaluation, the adjusted budget of this project is RMB 1.39billion.
The construction of this project is essential to the perfection of Huang River crossroad, to the Ningxia-Inner Mongolia provincial road construction, to the development of regional comprehensive conveyance network and to the adaptation of the development of the regional transportation.? Upon the completion of this project, it will generate substantially social benefit of promoting the development of the Yinchuan economic development，supporting the built of national resource chemistry base, making tourism development in the two sides of Huang River active etc.
