As entrusted by the Beijing Development and Reform Commission on October 16, 2009, BOT Investment Co., Ltd. undertook the evaluation of the Feasibility Study Report of the Xiji Town Government Road in Tongzhou District. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules.
On November 30, 2009, the evaluation and expert team visited the project spot in Tongzhou District to carry out investigation and hold an appraisal meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions relating to the concerned issues. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Project Proposal and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on January 20, 2010, by submitting the document named The Evaluation Report of the Feasibility Study Report of the Xiji Town Government Road in Tongzhou District to the Beijing Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this project: The total road length is about 3999m with the estimated budget of RMB 136.73 million. It will take 16 months to complete.
