On Novemver 24, 2009, the National Development and Reform Commission entrusted BOT Investment Co., Ltd. to evaluate the Feasibility Study Report of the Road between Changchun to Songyuan in Jilin Province. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules. The evaluation and expert team led by Mr.Dai Riyong, the President, held a research meeting in Beijing, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions about the questions. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Report and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on January 19, 2010 by submitting the document named the Evaluation Report for the Feasibility Study Report of the Road between Changchun to Songyuan in Jilin Province to the National Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this project: the total length of the new adding road is 95.4km. It will take two years to complete. After the evaluation, the adjusted budget of this project is RMB 5 billion.
