As entrusted by the Invest Beijing International Co. as well as the Beijing Development and Reform Commission on September 16, 2009, BOT Investment Co., Ltd. undertook the evaluation gas reconstruction project implementation scheme of old buildings in Haidian District’s Xisanqi Street. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules.
After the comprehensive evaluation on the Project Implementation Scheme and the investment evaluation supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on September 18, 2009, by submitting the document named the Evaluation for Gas Reconstruction Project Implementation Scheme of Old Buildings in Haidian District’s Xisanqi Street to Beijing Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this project: to lay 787.5m external low pressure pipelines, and to install 3959 IC-Card internal gas meters ,with the estimated budget being RMB 1.84million. It will take 6 months to complete.
