As entrusted by the Invest Beijing International Co. as well as the Beijing Development and Reform Commission on August 28, 2009, BOT Investment Co., Ltd. undertook the evaluation of The Feasibility Study Report for the Comprehensive Teaching Building Project of the Beijing CPC School. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules.
On September 1, 2009, the evaluation and expert team visited the project spot in Xicheng District to carry out investigation and hold an appraisal meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions relating to the concerned issues. After the comprehensive evaluation on The Feasibility Study Report and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on September 17, 2009, by submitting the document named The Evaluation for The Feasibility Study Report or the Comprehensive Teaching Building Project of the Beijing CPC School to the Beijing Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this project: The total building area is 19449©O,with the estimated budget being RMB 140.54million. It will take 18 months to complete. |
