As entrusted by the Invest Beijing International Co. as well as the Beijing Development and Reform Commission on August 14, 2009, BOT Investment Co., Ltd. undertook the evaluation gas reconstruction project implementation scheme of old buildings in Haidian District’s Tiancun Street. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules.
On August 19, 2009, the evaluation and expert team visited the project spot in Tiancun Street to carry out investigation and hold an appraisal meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions relating to the concerned issues. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Project Implementation Scheme and the investment evaluation supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on August 25, 2009, by submitting the document named the Evaluation for Gas Reconstruction Project Implementation Scheme of Old Buildings in Haidian District’s Tiancun Street to the Beijing Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this project: to lay 5230m external low pressure pipelines, and to install 2245 IC-Card internal gas meters with the estimated budget of RMB 7.7million. It will take 4 months to complete.
