As entrusted by the Invest Beijing International Co. as well as the Beijing Development and Reform Commission on August 14, 2009, BOT Investment Co., Ltd. undertook the evaluation gas reconstruction project implementation scheme of old buildings in Haidian District Sujiatuo Town. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules.
On August 19, 2009, the evaluation and expert team visited the project spot in Sujiatuo Town to carry out investigation and hold an appraisal meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions relating to the concerned issues. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Project Design Scheme and the investment evaluation supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on August 25, 2009, by submitting the document named the Gas Reconstruction Project Implementation Scheme of Old Buildings in Haidian District’s to the Beijing Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this project: to lay 5224m external low pressure pipelines, and ton instal 1179 IC-Card internal gas meters with the estimated budget of RMB 6.04million. It will take 4 months to complete.
