As entrusted by the Invest Beijing International Co. as well as the Beijing Development and Reform Commission on April 2, 2009, BOT Investment Co., Ltd. undertook the evaluation of the Feasibility Study Report of Majiapu Fire Station Project in Fengtai District. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules.
On April 8, 2009, the evaluation and expert team visited the project spot in Fengtai District to carry out investigation and hold an appraisal meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions relating to the concerned issues. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Feasibility Study Report and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on July 20, 2009, by submitting the document named the Evaluation for the Feasibility Study Report of Majiapu Fire Station Project in Fengtai District” to the Beijing Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this project: The total building area is 4800㎡with the estimated budget of RMB 63.14million. It will take 15 months to complete.
