?As entrusted by the Invest Beijing International Co. as well as the Beijing Development and Reform Commission on March 31, 2009, BOT Investment Co., Ltd. undertook the evaluation of The Project Proposal of The Road Net Project in Taishitun Town Central Area of Miyun County. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules.
On April 2, 2009, the evaluation and expert team visited the project spot in Miyun County to carry out investigation and hold an appraisal meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions relating to the concerned issues. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Project Proposal and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on April 21, 2009, by submitting the document named “The Evaluation Report of the Project Proposal for The Road Net Project in Taishitun Town Central Area of Miyun County” to Beijing Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this project: The total road length is about 17545m and built a new bridge of 175m plus traffic project、greening、illumination projects with the estimated budget is RMB 35 million. It will take two years to complete.
