Entrusted by Beijing Development and Reform Commission and Invest Beijing Ltd., BOT Investment Co., Ltd. assumed the evaluation on the Project Proposal (substitution of the FSR) of the reconstruction of Tongxiang Road ( Jing-Jin Road – the City Boarder).
　After accepting the task, our corporation immediately established a project evaluation team, and set down detailed working schedule. On March 7, 2006, Wei Baisong, the Vice President led the evaluation team to the project spot and carried out investigation. After necessary communication and coordination with relevant institutions such as the application institution, construction institution, and the compilation institution of FSR, the Corporation submitted the evaluation report to the consigner on March 17, 2006.
　The total length of this project is 14.76 km, of which including seven bridges with a total length of 754.32 m, and the total investment is 54.614 million RMB.
　The construction of this project is necessary to the implementation of the general planning of Beijing and consisting with the regional transportation development. Obvious social profit would be brought after the completion of this project to the following aspects: the promotion of the economic development of Tongzhou District, and fastening the industrialization as well as urbanization of Xiji Town, etc.
