As entrusted by the Invest Beijing International Co. as well as the Beijing Development and Reform Commission on March 31, 2009, BOT Investment Co., Ltd. undertook the evaluation of The Xingfang Road in Beifang Area in Huairou New Town. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules.
On April 1, 2009, the evaluation and expert team visited the project spot in Huairou District to carry out investigation and hold an appraisal meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions relating to the concerned issues. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Project Proposal and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on April 10, 2009, by submitting the document named “The Evaluation Report of the Project Proposal for the Xingfang Road in Beifang Area in Huairou New Town” to Beijing Development and Reform Commission.
This project including road project、bridge project、municipal pipelines project、No.1 river net alteration plus traffic project、greening、illumination projects with the estimated budget is RMB 174.15million. It will take one year to complete.
