On September 2, 2008, the National Development and Reform Commission entrusted BOT Investment Co., Ltd. to evaluate The Feasibility and Research Report of The Road between Ning’an to Fuxing in Heilongjiang Province. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules. The evaluation and expert team led by Mr. Wei Baisong, the Vice President, held a research meeting in Mudanjiang, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions about the questions. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Feasibility Study Report and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on April 2, 2009 by submitting the document named “the Evaluation Report for The Feasibility Study of The Road between Ning’an to Fuxing in Heilongjiang Province” to the National Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this project: the total length of the main road is 94km. It will take three years to complete. After the evaluation, the adjusted budget of this project is RMB 1.57 billion，of which the static investment RMB 1.48 billion.
The construction of this project is essential to the perfection of national expressway network, to the implement of transport development plan of Heilongjiang Province skeleton road network, to the development of regional comprehensive conveyance network and to the adaptation of the development of the regional transportation.? Upon the completion of this project, it will generate substantially social benefit of accelerating the revitalization strategy of Northeast Area , speeding up economic and social Mudanjiang City, promoting regional tourism cooperation and strengthening ?the construction of national defense readiness etc.
