?As entrusted by the Invest Beijing International Co. as well as the Beijing Development and Reform Commission on March 5, 2009, BOT Investment Co., Ltd. undertook the evaluation of The Zhouyun Road in Fengtai District. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules.
On March 9, 2009, the evaluation and expert team visited the project spot in Fengtai District to carry out investigation and hold an appraisal meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions relating to the concerned issues. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Project Proposal and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on March 17, 2009, by submitting the document named “The Evaluation Report of the Project Proposal for The Zhouyun Road in Fengtai District” to Beijing Development and Reform Commission.
This project including road project、bridge project plus traffic、greening、sewerage、illumination projects with the estimated budget is RMB 195 million. It will take six months to complete.
