?As entrusted by the Invest Beijing International Co. as well as the Beijing Development and Reform Commission on March 4, 2009, BOT Investment Co., Ltd. undertook the evaluation of The Shunbai Road in Shunyi District. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules.
On March 5, 2009, the evaluation and expert team visited the project spot in Shunyi District to carry out investigation and hold an appraisal meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions relating to the concerned issues. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Project Proposal and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on March 16, 2009, by submitting the document named “The Evaluation Report of the Project Proposal for The Shunbai Road in Shunyi District” to Beijing Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this project: The alteration road length is about 7.7km plus traffic、greening、illumination、comprehensive pipelines and land demolition projects with the estimated budget is RMB 494.5 million. It will take nine months to complete.
