As entrusted by the Invest Beijing International Co. as well as the Beijing Development and Reform Commission on November 26, 2008, BOT Investment Co., Ltd. undertook the evaluation of The Feasibility and Research Report of Teaching Building in Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules.
On December 1, 2008, the evaluation and expert team visited the project spot to carry out investigation and hold an appraisal meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions relating to the concerned issues. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Project Proposal and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on December 15, 2008, by submitting the document named “The Evaluation for The Feasibility and Research Report of Teaching Building in Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology” to Beijing Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this project: the total floor area is 31600㎡, including art teaching building and rebuilt project of adult teaching building, with the estimated budget is RMB 138.95million.
