On August 5, 2008, the National Development and Reform Commission entrusted BOT Investment Co., Ltd. to evaluate the Project Application of The Road between Ji’an to Lianhua in Jiangxi Province. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules.? The evaluation and expert team led by Mr.Dai Riyong, the President, held a research meeting in Nanchang, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions concerning the related issues. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Project Application and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on December 4, 2008, by submitting the document named “The Evaluation for Project Application of The Road between Ji’an to Lianhua in Jiangxi Province” to the National Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this project: the total length of the main road is 106.3km. There’re 40 bridges with the total length of 8541m. ?It will take 40 months to complete. After the evaluation, the adjusted budget of this project is RMB4.99 billion, of which the static investment RMB4.69 billion.
The construction of this project is essential to the perfection of national expressway network, to the implement of transport development plan of Jiangxi Province skeleton road network, to the development of regional comprehensive conveyance network and to the adaptation of the development of the regional transportation. ?Upon the completion of this project, it will generate substantially social benefit of accelerating the development of the strategy of developing of the Middle region, to boost the economic development of Jiangxi Province, to promote The old revolutionary area to throw off poverty and set out on a road to prosperity, to develop red-region travel cooperation , to promote the construction of national defense and war preparations etc.
