As entrusted by the Invest Beijing International Co. as well as the Beijing Development and Reform Commission on October 20, 2008, BOT Investment Co., Ltd. undertook the evaluation of Qingtaiping Middle-Primary Teaching Building Project of Badong County in Hubei Province. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules.
On November 5, 2008, the evaluation and expert team visited the project spots to carry out investigation and held an appraisal meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions relating to the concerned issues. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Project Proposal and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on November 25, 2008, by submitting the document named “The Evaluation Report of Qingtaiping Middle-Primary Teaching Building Project of Badong County in Hubei Province” to Beijing Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this project: to build a new teaching building 1963㎡ with the estimated budget is RMB 1.99 million. It will take 12 months to complete.
