As entrusted by the Invest Beijing International Co. as well as the Beijing Development and Reform Commission on October 28, 2008, BOT Investment Co., Ltd. undertook the evaluation of Project Proposal for Beijing International Flowers Logistics Port Road and municipal tube lines project of The 7th Flowers Expo in Shuiyi District. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules.
On October 29, 2008, the evaluation and expert team visited the project spot to carry out investigation and hold an appraisal meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions relating to the concerned issues. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Project Proposal and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on November 13, 2008, by submitting the document named “The Evaluation Report of Project Proposal for Beijing International Flowers Logistics Port Road and municipal tube lines project of The 7th Flowers Expo in Shuiyi District” to Beijing Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this project: Huosi Road、Planning No.5 Road 、Planning No.7 Road and municipal ancillary project of southern road of Airport North Road, with the estimated budget is RMB 610million. It will take one years to complete.
