On August 5, 2008, the National Development and Reform Commission entrusted BOT Investment Co., Ltd. to evaluate The Feasibility and Research Report of The Road between Yingchengzi to Songjianghe in Jilin Province. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules. The evaluation and expert team led by Mr.Wei Baisong , the vice President, held a research meeting in Changchun, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions about the questions. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Feasibility Study Report and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on November 10, 2008 by submitting the document named “the Evaluation Report for The Feasibility Study of The Road between Yingchengzi to Songjianghe in Jilin Province” to the National Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this project: the total length of the main road is 250.7km. The total length is 21621m. It will take three years to complete. After the evaluation, the adjusted budget of this project is RMB13.4 billion, of which the static investment is RMB 12.3billion.
The construction of this project is essential to the perfection of northeastern region skeleton expressway network, to the implement of transport development plan of Jilin Province, to the development of regional comprehensive conveyance network and to the adaptation of the development of the regional transportation. ?Upon the completion of this project, it will generate substantially social benefit of accelerating the development of the strategy of developing of the northeastern region, to promote the regional economic development, to the development of region travel cooperation, to promote the construction of national defense and war preparations etc.
