As entrusted by the Invest Beijing International Co. as well as the Beijing Development and Reform Commission on October 17, 2008, BOT Investment Co., Ltd. undertook the evaluation of Project Proposal for Kangzhuang central heating Project in Daxing District. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules.
On October 20, 2008, the evaluation and expert team visited the project spot to carry out investigation and hold an appraisal meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions relating to the concerned issues. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Project Proposal and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on October 28, 2008, by submitting the document named “The Evaluation Report of Project Proposal for Kangzhuang central heating Project in Daxing District” to Beijing Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this project: coal-fired central heating factory、heating network、 heating station and with the estimated budget is RMB 511.1million. It will take three years to complete.
