As entrusted by the Invest Beijing International Co. as well as the Beijing Development and Reform Commission on October 8, 2008, BOT Investment Co., Ltd. undertook the evaluation of The Feasibility and Research Report of Doudian fire station Project in Fangshan District. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules.
On October 14, 2008, the evaluation and expert team visited the project spot to carry out investigation and hold an appraisal meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions relating to the concerned issues. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Feasibility and Research Report and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on October 24, 2008, by submitting the document named “The Evaluation for The Feasibility and Research Report of Doudian fire station Project in Fangshan District” to Beijing Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this project: The total floor area is 3400㎡and with the estimated budget is RMB 29.76million. It will take one year to complete.
