As entrusted by the Invest Beijing International Co. as well as the Beijing Development and Reform Commission on August 25, 2008, BOT Investment Co., Ltd. undertook the evaluation of The Project Proposal of The Road Project in Huo County central area of Tongzhou District. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules.
On September 1, 2008, the evaluation and expert team visited the project spot in Tongzhou District to carry out investigation and hold an appraisal meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions relating to the concerned issues. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Project Proposal and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on September 12, 2008, by submitting the document named “The Evaluation Report of the Project Proposal for The Road Project in Huo County central area of Tongzhou District” to Beijing Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this project: The total road length is about 6.8m plus traffic project、greening、illumination、rain water、sewerage projects with the estimated budget is RMB 10.88million. It will take two years to complete.
