As entrusted by the Invest Beijing International Co. as well as the Beijing Development and Reform Commission on August 14, 2008, BOT Investment Co., Ltd. undertook the evaluation of The Project Proposal of The Road Project in Taihu town of Tongzhou District. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules.
On August 18, 2008, the evaluation and expert team visited the project spot in Tongzhou District to carry out investigation and hold an appraisal meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions relating to the concerned issues. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Project Proposal and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on August 26, 2008, by submitting the document named “The Evaluation Report of the Project Proposal for The Road Project in Taihu town of Tongzhou District” to Beijing Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this project: The total road length is about 1772.5m plus traffic project、greening、illumination、rain water、sewerage projects with the estimated budget is RMB 38.81million. It will take one year to complete.
