On April 15, 2008, the National Development and Reform Commission entrusted BOT Investment Co., Ltd. to evaluate the Project Application of The Road between Jining to Xuzhou in Shandong Province. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules.? The evaluation and expert team led by Mr.Wei Baisong , the vice President, held a research meeting in Ji’nan , followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions concerning the related issues. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Project Application and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on August 21, 2008, by submitting the document named “The Evaluation for Project Application of The Road between Jining to Xuzhou in Shandong Province” to the National Development and Reform Commission.
The construction scope of this project: the total length of the main road is 72.6km. There’re 18 bridges with the total length of 4668m. ?It will take three years to complete After the evaluation, the adjusted budget of this project is RMB 3.9 billion, of which the static investment RMB3.64 billion.
The construction of this project is essential to the construction of Shangdong-Jiangsu transport channel, to the implement of transport development plan of Shandong Province road network, to the development of regional comprehensive conveyance network and to the adaptation of the development of the regional transportation. ?Upon the completion of this project, it will generate substantially social benefit of changing the condition of economic developing in the Huaihai region, to boost the economic development of Jining and the regional travel cooperation etc.
